Data deletion
This page explains how to delete data AllNow holds, whether that is a single connected service, your personal account, or your organisation's entire tenancy. AllNow is operated by Cortex Digital Pty Ltd.
Disconnect a single service
- Sign in to your dashboard at app.allnow.com.au
- Open Settings, then Data sources
- Choose the connected service and select Disconnect where it is offered (Xero has it today)
- For a service without Disconnect, email privacy@allnow.com.au naming the service, and we disconnect it for you
Disconnect in Data sources deletes the stored credential for that service immediately and stops all further data collection from it. A disconnect you email us for is confirmed by email once it is done. Previously synced data can be removed as well: include it in a deletion request below.
Remove AllNow from Meta
You can also revoke AllNow's access from inside Meta: in Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, find AllNow (it may show as CEO Dashboard) and remove it. Revoking access there invalidates our token; to also delete the campaign metrics already synced, send a deletion request below and we will confirm when it is complete.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in at app.allnow.com.au
- Open Settings, then Profile & password, then Delete my account. With no workspace yet, choose Delete this account on the page you see after signing in.
- Type your email address, confirm it is you with your password or a fresh sign-in, and select Delete my account
Your sign-in, your access to every workspace, your notification, alert and dashboard settings, custom panels you built, what you asked Allan to remember for you, your chats with Allan in workspaces created through AllNow sign-up and your workspace planning answers are deleted straight away. Dashboards and records you made inside a workspace belong to that workspace and stay with it, as do your chats in a workspace our team set up for your organisation. What your chats cost stays on the workspace's monthly chat allowance, without your account. If a chat cannot be removed straight away, we tell you, keep trying, and finish deleting your account automatically once it is gone. If you are the only owner of a workspace, make someone else an owner first, or close the workspace. If you created a workspace that is still open, its owner closes it (the steps are below), or email privacy@allnow.com.au and we move it to another owner before your account is deleted.
Close your workspace yourself
- Pay any fees that are due, in Settings, then Modules and plan
- Open Settings, then Data export, and select Download workspace export to keep a copy of its figures and settings as CSV files
- Open Settings, then Close workspace, type the workspace's name and select Close workspace. Only an owner can.
Everyone loses access straight away. Xero is disconnected and its figures are deleted, Allan, alerts and digests stop, and the period already paid runs out with no refund and nothing more charged. The owner can reopen the workspace for 30 days, and billing starts a new period that day. After that we delete it and its data; if it ever paid, or another service is still connected to it, our team deletes it once billing and that connection are settled. A workspace billed by invoice, or on a fixed term running past its current period, is closed by our support team.
Delete your organisation's data
Email privacy@allnow.com.au from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request", stating what you want deleted:
- data synced from one named service (for example, all Meta Ads data)
- your personal account and its settings, if you cannot delete it yourself
- your organisation's entire tenancy, if you are an administrator
We verify the request with your organisation's administrator, complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm to you by email when it is done. Deletion covers our live systems; encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule within a further 35 days.
Records kept by law
Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices for tax purposes) are retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted. Nothing exempt from deletion is ever used for any purpose other than the legal obligation that requires keeping it.
